Best Title and Settlements, LLC is a title and escrow company navigating clients through the settlement process for their residential or commercial real estate transactions.  With over 38 years’ experience working as a Real Estate Paralegal for a law firm, and as a licensed title insurance underwriter since 2008, Tracy Edwards has opened her own settlement agency here in Amelia, serving clients in and around the State of Virginia.  Tracy serves as Manager and Escrow Officer for Best Title and Settlements, LLC.  This agency currently underwrites through Fidelity National Title Insurance company. 

Tracy is a long-time resident of Amelia County, she is married with three grown children who were educated through Amelia’s public schools.  Dedicating 10 years serving in various positions within the Boy Scouts of America, she worked to serve the community in various ways. Through her service in Scouting, she worked to foster and build relationships within our community, such as the Food Bank, the Amelia Animal Shelter, the Sheriff’s Department, the Veterans Cemetery, Local Churches, and the County’s Administration.
